Kathryn has settled in with the INEO family and is now completing a range of client projects on GDPR, CRM system optimisation and data cleansing, plus our new user adoption programmes. Which rather than just showing the features and functions of a system that typically quickly loses a recruiters attention, INEO focuses on the benefits so users want to use systems and aren’t just being told they should.
With a career spanning 20 years in the recruitment industry, Kathyrn has led multi-level projects, incorporating business strategy and team management into her role. With experience working for leading recruitment agencies and technology firms, Kathryn is bringing a fresh perspective to the training and development team with the aim create even more great content for our clients.
Kathryn has joined Ineo as she’s experienced first hand the frustrations around systems that aren’t always adding value for clients. She wants to help businesses who are struggling with their systems/processes and help them use their system to its full potential.
Outside of work Kathryn is a real ‘foodie’ – she loves trying out new recipes, with her interests ranging from nutritional health to holistic and functional medicine. She also loves creating children’s stories and poems, and when she has the time she’s got her nose in a book!
