LastPass Experience
The Ineo team have been using LastPass for several months and we have listed our favourite features below.
We found:
- The user interface within the site is easy to navigate and storing new passwords and websites to your account is streamlined and efficient
- The automatic password or username generator is a fantastic feature to help secure your logins
- You can create a business account (for a cost) which allow you to freely share encrypted passwords or data with other team members and manage permissions from an admin dashboard on what access team members have to files
- The mobile app allows you to open web links you have been sent via a secure browser within LastPass to add another layer of security
- Once you have installed the LastPass plugin you will be able to do away with all those messy bookmarks as everything will be stored on the main site and you can access your passwords instantly via the plugin
LastPass Business
We spent some time using the LastPass help centre to get to grips with the system and they have an excellent library of user manuals and simple category breakdowns with clear information on each section to guide you through all the areas of the site.
We particularly like training videos that are fun, informative solutions to understanding the overview of the site.
Summary
