How well are CVs, LinkedIn profiles and other data sources synced or parsed in your CRMs?
If they are like the below then you will be MISSING out on TONS of REVENUE, EFFICIENCY and ENGAGEMENT.
You should be able to quickly pull and make searchable "relevant" keywords that you don't need a Haynes manual for.
NOT this that was parsed from a version of my CV, some of it is accurate but a lot of it is NOT. Where the hell did it get "Switching" from and what is "Real-time"!?
ALSO the CV or profile that is transferred should be legible and easy to read. This is what I see a lot in recruiters' systems and the original is well formatted; paragraphed, headings, bullets etc. SO WHY DO I END UP WITH THIS!?
I'd love to hear of your experiences and which of you have quality parsing and data management that hopefully you aren't paying an arm and a leg for.
STOP flooding your databases with more unstructured data.
There are many ways to not only parse, search and display new CVs and Profiles but tools that can sweep your existing data; consolidate, reformat and extrapolate relevant contextual data NOT just a load of WORDS.
